Happy New Year to All!

January is for new beginnings, and a chance to start anew in our weak areas. One thing is a constant from year to year - God is always with us! God will be the nudge that we need to keep our new resolutions of drawing closer to Him and our families, and to work for peace. God is the Hope that leads us into this new year.

On behalf of all the staff, I thank you for your thoughtfulness to us at Christmas! To the Knights of Columbus and the Home and School Association for their generous gifts, and to all of you, for your cards, gifts, plants, cookies & treats sent to the lounge or in our gifts, we thank you sincerely for being so kind. May God bless you in the New Year.

St. Michael School would like to thank the KJZT for their generous donation to our scholarship fund. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.

St. Michael School bid farewell to Miss Sarah Divin (now Mrs. Josh Morgan). We thank her for the tremendous job she did of teaching Math and Science to Grades 5-8. She will be missed. We wish her blessings and happiness as she begins a new phase in her life.

We ask you to join us in welcoming Miss Diane Barry who will be joining the SMS staff as Math and Science Teacher for Grades 5-8. Let us give her our whole-hearted support.

Our school family also bids farewell to the Arthur Sanchez Family. They will be leaving us at the end of this First Semester. We will miss them and we wish them well in their new endeavors.

Congratulations to Mrs. Grohmann, Mrs. Divin, Faculty, Staff, and Students for a wonderful Christmas Pageant. It was truly a prayer and a gift.

Hats off to our Band for the wonderful performance at December 19th Band Concert! Thank you Mrs. Olsovsky for directing these students!!!
